NIL NIL – THE SOLO SHOW BY STRUAN TEAGUE

For his first solo show in Barcelona, Struan Teague presents a series of new paintings and drawings at Galeria Miquel Alzueta. Teague uses earthly colours throughout the show, often mixing his own distemper paint using dry pigments and rabbit skin glue as a ground for the painting.

Then using primary drawing tools, oil sticks, pencil and felt tip pen, Teague creates fluid compositions that could go either way, but in the end come together in a perfect balance.
